This is Buck Angel. He used to be a woman. Now he’s the world’s first female-to-male transsexual porn star.

Buck says he was always a tomboy, even though he did some modelling as a woman. After seeing a film about a female to male transsexual, he made the decision to become a man. He took hormones for two years and had breast surgery, but elected to keep his pussy.
